Exchange/return information

◆About canceling or changing your order
We cannot accept returns or exchanges except for incorrect deliveries or defective products.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience ( including color and size exchanges) . Please note that we will not be able to respond to requests for returns or exchanges.

・Your own ordering mistake
・Incorrect payment or delivery method selection
・Cancellation due to additional orders, etc.
We are unable to accommodate cancellations or exchange requests for the above reasons, so please check your order details carefully before placing your order.
 
◆ Regarding returns and exchanges after receiving the product
・When you receive the product, please check to make sure it is not different from what you ordered. In any case, we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.
・We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if product tags, instructions, packaging, product boxes, shoe boxes, accessories, etc. are defaced, damaged, lost or discarded.
・When returning the product, please pack it in a plastic bag or similar. (Please note that there is a possibility that the product may become wrinkled or scratched during the return process. Thank you for your cooperation.)
-For any product, if there are obvious signs of wear other than just being tried on (e.g. smelling of perfume or after washing), we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges and will have to return the item to you cash on delivery.
・We may not be able to accept your request for an exchange if the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, discontinued, etc. In such cases, we will refund your money, so please understand this in advance.
◆ In case of return or exchange due to incorrect delivery or defective product
・Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product (including the day of receipt).
Please contact us using the inquiry form in the menu, and include your name, order number, a photo of the defective or faulty part of the product, and an explanation.
・If the return or exchange is due to a fault on our part, such as a defective product or incorrect delivery, we will cover the shipping costs.
◆If we cannot accept your return or exchange
・Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago (including the day of receipt)
・Products used by customers
・Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
・If the product tag has been removed from the product itself (even if the actual product tag is still attached, once it has been removed from the product, it will be considered as having been worn and will not be eligible for return or exchange.)
- If the product tag, instruction manual, packaging, product box, shoe box, accessories, etc. are defaced, damaged, lost or discarded
- If tape or shipping slips are affixed directly to the packaging, product box, shoe box, etc. when returning items to our store.
・Items that have been soiled by customers trying them on, etc.
・Products that have been repaired, cleaned, etc. after delivery
- If the product is returned in a condition that is not the same as when it was sent
・Products that have odors or loose threads caused by the manufacturing process
・Returns and exchanges for products with fur or hair due to hair shedding
